The number of IoT enabled machines is expected to increase exponentially as manufacturers strive to find new ways to make accurate forecasts as well as locate growth and optimization opportunities within their organizations. 

 As analytics tools become more specialized the challenge becomes how to best take advantage of this new capability and most manufacturers are finding servitization to be the best strategy.

Despite the benefits, an organization stands to achieve by adopting a servitization model many companies are still reluctant to go down this path. What many manufacturers have found is that selecting an outside partner that understands the industry challenges and has the expertise necessary to complement the resources already present within your organization determines the success of your digital transformation.
