Holly Holt

Holly Holt’s passion is building strong connections between an organization’s capacity and its strategy, creating environments in which team members thrive, the brand story comes alive, and outcomes are optimized. She is widely recognized for her proven track record in building high-performing teams that are committed to customer and partner success, fostering strategic growth, and executing critical initiatives.

Before joining Merit Solutions in 2019, Holt spent more than two decades in leadership roles with global and matrixed organizations, including Microsoft and other industry-leading software/services organizations. Her experience includes leading organizations focused on CRM and ERP product management, marketing and analyst relations, professional services, development, and business development. Holt began her career at Great Plains Software (acquired by Microsoft) and has held positions with WennSoft, Intelligent InSites, and the North Dakota Department of Commerce.

Holt has a bachelor of science in business administration from Minnesota State University in Moorhead.
