Paul Challinor

Paul Challinor’s specialties include Microsoft Dynamics 365, product management, business intelligence, business analytics, and data warehousing.

Before joining Merit Solutions in 2010, Challinor held numerous positions in which he was responsible for ERP in the manufacturing industry. He worked as principal at BA Advisors, as principal product manager and business analytics product manager at Exact Business Analytics (a division of Exact Software), as customer support director and consulting services manager at Vanguard Solutions Group, and IT director for The Bama Companies. He began his career as manufacturing and ERP services manager at Anderson Consulting.

Challinor earned a master of business administration and a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering, both from the University of Tulsa.
