Tanja Pajic

Tanja Pajic is an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365/Microsoft Dynamics AX senior project manager with proven expertise in information technology and services industry. She is recognized for her skills in negotiation, budgeting, business planning, analysis, and risk management. She is a methodology and project management expert, and a skilled change management practitioner.

Since joining Merit Solutions in 2016, Pajic has held several roles, including manager of service operations, senior project leader, project leader, and project coordinator. Before joining Merit Solutions, she worked as senior team lead and team lead for Outsource Insurance Professionals.

Pajic holds a master’s degree in international economics and foreign trade from Faculty of Economics Belgrade.
